We won’t lie to you girl, planning your wedding can be stressful, there is lots to organise and a lot of people to keep happy. But that includes yourself!

Really, you are the core of it all, if you weren’t around there would be no wedding so you need to make sure that you take care of yourself and don’t become overwhelmed by everything.

We love every part of the planning process and we want you to love it too so we have divulged our favourite ways to say relaxed 24/7 while getting it done.

Pamper Yourself

A little pampering goes a long way! Whether it’s a mani pedi or a massage your muscles tend to loosen up afterwards so make sure you have that much needed you time! Oh, and if you don’t want to spend the extra cash on a masseuse, you now have a fiancé which we’re sure you can con into a back rub.

Laugh

Whether you call your girlfriends up to share your horror stories or just sitting back and watching a comedy. Laughing really is the best medicine.

Date Night

It’s easy to get lost and to lose sight of why you’re really doing this, so set aside time for just the two of you. No wedding talk, just time together that reminds you that you love each other and want to share that with those closest to you.

Yoga

The benefits of destressing through yoga are vast. By practising yoga you are setting aside time to meditate and be at one with your body, mind and spirit, plus it will help tone your goal wedding body!
